Ph.D. in Law with distinction from the University of São Paulo (USP). Master of Laws from the Federal University of Ouro Preto (UFOP, 2023). Holds a Law degree from PUC Minas (2019) and a degree in Literature from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG, 2014). Guest researcher at the Research Group on Cultural Heritage, Law, Development, and Innovation at UNIVILLE, and at the Safeguarding Collective of the Traditional Production Methods of Queijo Minas Artesanal, affiliated with IPHAN. Former member of the Research Center on Cultural Heritage Law at UFOP (2021–2023). Served as Deputy Coordinator of the National Seminar on Cultural Heritage Law (2023), which led to the approval of the Ouro Preto Charter for the Brazilian Cultural Heritage Legislation. Member of ICOMOS. Author of the book "Registro e Indicação Geográfica no Direito do Patrimônio Cultural" (Ed. Conhecimento, 2025). Lawyer specialized in Cultural Heritage Law. Lecturer in the Postgraduate Program at PUC Minas. Speaker and consultant.
